Article 2

  • Properties are sold "as is" as registered or unregistered ownership.
  • Purchase price must be given in ?.
  • Initial price of the property is featured in ?, and the buyer pays the purchase price in HRK according to the Croatian National Bank exchange rate at the date of payment.
  • The deadline for payment of the purchase price is no longer than 60 (sixty) days of signing the contract. .
  • HOSTIN Ltd. will not consider bids lower than the published initial price.
  • HOSTIN Ltd. will not consider bids of bidders which, in addition to its core offering, offer a certain amount more than the best bid received for a particular property.
  • In addition to the offered price amount, offers with a shorter payment period and secure payment method will be considered favorable.
  • As guarantee for the seriousness of the tender, it is necessary to pay 10% of the initial sales price on account of HOSTIN Ltd. No. PBZ account no. 2340009-1100139929, call number: 15-2011-48094042121, which amount will be entirely refunded to the payers account within 30 (thirty) days from the date of opening of tenders if the offer is not accepted.
  • If the best bidder withdraws from his offer to purchase, HOSTIN Ltd. will retain the amount paid as guarantee, and the property will be put up for sale in a new tender.
  • Real estate taxes and other charges in connection with the sale and transfer of ownership are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Veterans of the Homeland war have the advantage of purchase, on equal terms.

HOSTIN Ltd. reserves the right based on the assessment of suitability of the offer to accept an offer or not to accept any offer. All natural and legal persons from the area of Croatia and foreign countries, in accordance with applicable regulations, have the right to submit bids.

Offers must contain:

  1. name, surname, PIN of bidder and place of residence (for natural persons), or name of company with headquarters address and PIN (for legal persons);
  2. copy of personal identification card if the bidder is a natural person, or Decision on registration into the registry of the court with all appendixes for legal persons;
  3. the offered purchase amount (EUR);
  4. defenders from the Homeland war and their families must offer proof of status and fulfillment of terms for right of priority in accordance with the law.

Article 2

  • Properties are put up for lease "as is".
  • Rent amount must be offered in EUR, annually.
  • In addition to the fulfillment of terms for lease set by law and this tender, the best offer will be the one with the highest offered rent amount.
  • HOSTIN Ltd. will not consider bids of bidders which, in addition to its core offering, offer a certain amount more than the best bid received for a particular property.
  • The lease agreement will be concluded for a period of 1+2 years for hotel Sućuraj with possibility to arrange with potential occupant to undertake certain renovation for which the rental fee would be reduced, period 1 year with possibility of prolongation for apartments Duga Uvala. • The lessee is obligated to pay the rent amount increased for VAT, cost of phone, electricity, heat, water, water management and garbage disposal bills as well as other utility fees.
  • The lease agreement is concluded as writ of execution according to article 23. paragraph 2. Law on leasing office space, at the expense of the lessee.
  • With the lease agreement the lessee will also sign a blank promissory note and surrender it to the lessor as security for payment obligations from the agreement.
  • The defenders from the Homeland war, on equal terms, and current lessees have right of priority, in accordance with the law.
